By using this site, you are agreeing to our Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. Throughout these Terms we will refer to ourselves as Dreamland, "Us" "We" or "Our", this means Dreamland Limited. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are also an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note these Terms only apply to the purchase of items on this site. Purchase of Dreamland items from any other source will be governed by the terms and conditions applicable at that source. Please note that promotions and offers available for purchases on this site may not be available for purchases through other sources and vice versa. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Items from the site. Please note that by placing an order you will be in agreement with these terms. These Terms were most recently updated on 26th July 2021, we do however from time to time revise these Terms without notice. 1.1 Terms of Sale By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery information and charges information, to know more. 1.2 Our Contract When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. 1.3 Pricing and Availability All prices are as stated on the website, but Dreamland Clothing reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the "total cost". Please note that Items are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is processed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an Item becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded where we have already taken payment. 1.4 Payment You can make payment for your order using the following methods: Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron debit cards and PayPal. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified as soon as possible. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order for example if the item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, if we are unable to obtain payment or authorisation of payment, an error with the product information, including price or promotion or if we suspect fraudulent activity. 1.5 Items on the site The images of items on the site is for illustrative purposes only. Although every effort has been made to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the items. Your items may vary slightly from those images. All sizes and measurements of the items are approximate; however, we do our best to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please note that whilst we take utmost care in ensuring the content on the site (including descriptions of the items and associated services such as shipping, payment terms, offers and promotions and delivery timescales) are accurate. The site may at times contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Where this affects your order that you have already placed, we will notify you of the error if it will impact upon your order. In this regard, we reserve the right not to fulfil any orders that you have placed based on information on the sites that may contain errors or inaccuracies. 1.6 Cancelling your order (Within EU only) If you are a European Union customer, you also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. This right does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by email info@dreamlandclothing.co.uk or by post to Studio 317, Meadow Mill, West Hendersons Wynd, Dundee, DD1 5BY. If you are emailing or writing to us, please include details of your order so that we can identify you. Include your name, address and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items. Whilst you may inspect items when they are in your possession, you must not use them. You will be responsible for returning the items to us, including the cost of returning the items using a courier or other postal method. You should return the items in their original packaging wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items that occur before they are returned to us, including where they are lost or damaged in transit. If you cancel your contract you will be refunded the price you paid for the full price items in your order. Discounted items cannot be refunded. These items can be exchanged, or credited. Any custom Re-Worked items may not be returned in any way. Please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items, if this has been caused by your handling, including any loss or damage that occurs during transit. The refund will be made to the original payment method used, within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the cancelled items if not earlier. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
